The former Simple Life starlet was spotted out earlier today (August 13) as she was dropped of for another set of road lessons by her bodyguard/chauffeur.
As previously reported by Fropki.com, Nicole attends the regular classes as a result of her past DUI conviction and reportedly has just over a year left before completing her court-ordered penalty.
In the meantime, she'd better keep her eye on her man, as Joel was reportedly spotted hanging out with teen mogul Mary-Kate Olsen while situated in NYC for a show at Roseland Ballroom last night.
