The duo landed at the Nice Airport early Thursday (May 22), soon thereafter making their way to Dolce & Gabbana in Cannes for a little retail therapy.
In related news, Miss Lohan has reportedly decided not to accept a nightclub owner's offer to bail her out of her latest legal predicament - revolving around a "stolen" fur coat.
Press reports tell: "Nightclub boss John Englebert stepped in on Wednesday and offered to settle the case for Lohan, and buy her own mink coat. But the actress insisted she doesn't need his help."
Of the offer by Enbgelbert, Lohan's rep said, "She already has one (fur coat). And if she took it, she took it by mistake. There are worse mistakes to make."
